General Orders
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase for shipment of jewelry, as pieces are made to order. Rush orders are possible, depending on inventory, at a minimal fee not including additional express postal fees.
Shipping is $6.00 per item for Priority Insured Mail.
A 7% sales tax will be added to purchases.

Custom/Special Orders
“molly B. originals” is happy to accommodate any special stone requests or custom design options within reason. So if you see something that you would like in another color, length or metal type, just ask. We are happy to help you get the piece of jewelry you have been searching for. Please email us at info@mollyboriginals.com with your special design requests. Once a design is agreed upon, your piece should ship within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise advised. Please note that custom and special orders are a final sale.

Returns/Exchanges
If you would like to return something that you purchased, please email us at info@mollyboriginals.com or call us at 415-699-9673 and we will issue you return address information. All pieces must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns must be packaged securely with sufficient packing materials and insured for the retail value of the piece. Please note that “molly B. originals” is not responsible for returned items that are damaged because of poor packaging or that are lost or stolen in the mail. Please insure your package.
Items that are returned within the 10 day period will be credited as a store credit upon receipt of the goods minus any applicable shipping charges. We will email you a confirmation of the return. Any items returned after the10 day period are subject to a 50 % restocking fee as a store credit for the retail value of the item. If you see something that you would like to exchange your return for, please contact us at info@mollyboriginals.com. Please supply us your original order information and the item that you would like to exchange for. Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Repair Policy
Due to the delicate nature of “molly B. originals” jewelry, damage may occur during the lifetime of the piece. We are happy to repair your jewels free of charge when damage occurs during the normal wear within 3 months of purchase. Any items purchased at a discount or purchased previous to the 3 month time period may incur a nominal repair fee. For questions about repairs, please contact us at info@mollyboriginals.com
